Application submission deadline: May 5, 2014 (new, extended deadline)

A five-day capacity-building programme is being offered to environmental civil society organisations (CSOs) in Moldova between May 12 and 16, 2014. The programme targets representatives of CSOs active in the field of environment and sustainability.

The overarching topic of the programme is green economy, which is subdivided into energy efficiency and renewable energy; sustainable agriculture and rural development; water; and green transport. These topics will be tailored to conditions in Moldova. The primary aim of the Master Class is to help participants to identify real opportunities for CSOs to initiate change in the country.

The programme places emphasis on practical learning, and participants are expected to share their practical experience.

Participants will be awarded a certificate upon completing the programme.

Places are available for a maximum of 25 participants. Priority will be given to representatives of CSOs participating in SECTOR project activities. CSOs are expected to send one representative each, although multiple representatives may be considered pending the availability of places.
