Jerome
specialises in know-how and technology transfer in a range of disciplines
(information systems, sustainable mobility, civil society functionality)
and has successfully organised training courses across Europe; designed
and edited multi-lingual resource materials, conducted technology
transfer assessments & produced websites and best-practice guides,
relying on a wide range of consulting expertise.
Since 2000 he has headed the REC's Information
Programme which promotes access to environmental information through
ICT and is regular IT columnist for their environmental magazine;
Green Horizon
Jerome holds a BSc degree in Information Science
from Leeds Metropolitan University and later graduated the International
Space University.
In 2000 he co-founded the Electronic Tools Task
Force, a UNECE inter-governmental working group under the “Aarhus”
Convention for environmental democracy to exchange know-how and
best-practice.
He has lived Hungary since 1994, is a proud father
of two and takes a special interest in space science, human rights
and West Ham United
